Cedarworks, Inc. is excited to present the 6th
annual event, Lion’s Den, with the goal to
“Inspire, Educate and Mobilize” people to invest
their time, talents, and other resources in the
Kingdom through “Business as Mission.” 2018’s
event had more than 300 attendees from 10
countries, 83 cities, and 25 states.
Each year The Lion’s den attracts businesses from
around the world to present to a crowd of 300
and questioned by an expert panel. Live audience
voting selects the “best to survive” and we gain
after-event reports of each company’s resulting
connections. To date over $12 million has been
invested in past companies from The Lion’s Den.
The Kingdom-focused Panel will look for sharp
business minds focused on producing financial,
social, environmental, and spiritual results in
their chosen endeavors, known as the
“quadruple bottom-line”.
Real investors will choose to make an investment
into one of three presenters in a ‘shark tank’
type pitch event.
The Lion’s Den event will take place
October 9 – 10, 2019 at Samford University
located in Birmingham, AL.
