Why should you work with me?
I and members of my family are in recovery from addiction. This led to my desire to help people acquire more peace, joy, and purpose through simple how-to techniques they can utilize on a daily basis to live life better.

STEPS Business Wellness is our consulting, training, and coaching arm that specializes in workplace wellness and personal lifestyle training to prevent addiction, increase organizational effectiveness, and return a great ROI.
