The TriMetrix DNA: Mgmt/Staff assessment is a tool that measures:
a. Behaviors: This report measures the four dimensions of normal behavior: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance.
b. Driving Forces: This report measures your values and what drives you.
c. Competencies: This report describes your hierarchy of competencies.
It should take about 30-45 minutes to complete. Please do not linger on any one question, but at the same time, do no rush through. It is best to complete in one sitting with a good internet connection. The reports should automatically be emailed to you with the address you provide.
